Please double check your spelling! We regret that we cannot be held responsible or provide a refund for your spelling errors. The ink is permanent and cannot be removed without destroying the glaze. 

If you not completely happy with your selection, you may return it for a full refund of the merchandise. 

If your ornament is damaged during shipping, please notify me within 2 days and return the damaged merchandise. Once received, you'll receive a replacement or refund.
