About the Ornaments
Every high quality ornament is carefully and individually hand crafted by me.  My designs are copyrighted and no two ornaments are exactly alike.  The ornaments are made of polymer clay, non-toxic, and finished with several coats of high gloss glaze.  The ornaments are durable (but can break if dropped just right) and can be stored at most any temperature without any deterioration EVER (which eventually happens to those made of dough).

Personalizing Your Ornament
To personalized any ornament you MUST provide the information on the Special Instructions or Contact Us section when you check out.

Generally for family ornaments, if you provide the names in family order, I'll place them accordingly on the ornament but if you wish to have the names in a particular or unusual order, please specify under "Special Instructions".

Delivery
If the ornament is made, delivery will be within a week.  If ornament needs to be made, please allow 3 weeks for delivery.  Order deadline is December 10 for guaranteed Christmas delivery.  If you're ordering after that date, please email me before you place your order.

Return Policy
I will work with you in every way to make you a happy customer!  Please double check your spelling!  We regret that we cannot be held responsible for your spelling errors.  The ink is permanent and cannot be removed without destroying the glaze.
